SUMMARY:AHADI MEDICAL MISSION TRIP 2021
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]This team consisted of both medical and non-medical professionals. Together they accomplished a HUGE undertaking.  We kicked off our mission with a celebration of thanks and praise to the One who made this venture all possible. We first gave thanks and dedicated our brand new Health Clinic into the service of the Lord and then we got to work.[/vc_column_text][vc_masonry_media_grid grid_id=”vc_gid:1668905814803-f0ca2567-f859-6″ include=”17730\,17685\,17684″][vc_column_text]The Health team successfully performed health screenings on over 70 staff and students during our first week\, and then operated a health clinic\, seeing roughly 25 patients the second week.  The other half of the mission team managed to put into place an entire inventory labeling system and pharmacy supply system for the Health clinic.  They made it look easy\, but dedicated many hours to getting it done.[/vc_column_text][vc_masonry_media_grid grid_id=”vc_gid:1668905814804-f9c9d070-9e04-10″ include=”17672\,17703\,17702″][vc_column_text]Some of the team worked hard helping to construct a much needed expansion on the Kipepeo Mrembo Briquette project.  As a team we also hosted a 2 day Kids Carnival\, which was a such fun for roughly 140 community kids.  A 3 day/2 night Safari to the Maasai Mara was also included and was an experience of a lifetime.  The team participated in the monthly Ahadi Community Giving Back Program.  It involved going out into the community and visiting the home of an extremely impoverished family.  We were able to supply them with some basic needs such as food\, bedding and clothing for their 10 children. \nWhat a blessing!
