Introducing our newest project: The Ahadi Kipepeo Cottages are in the construction phase and will be a great addition to the Engedi cottage that was completed last year. God has given us the vision of creating a safe place of refuge – A place to house mission teams, host conference guests, provide missionary respite and serve as a safe refuge for those in crisis situations. More details about this exciting project can be found below.
The Ahadi Kipepeo Cottages
Safety: To establish safe houses for students and staff that can be utilized in times of political unrest and/or to maintain safety for students who may be in harmful environments. Additionally, the cottages can serve as lodging for mission team members thereby decreasing Ministry expenses related to resort or hotel fees.
Curriculum Expansion: The cottages will also serve as an instructional space as the Ministry expands its curriculum offerings to include hospitality and catering (resort management course and culinary school).
Conference Space: Ahadi Empowerment Academy has been approached by a number of organizations asking for space to host faith-based conferences or missionary retreats/respite. The additional villas can serve in this capacity, while at the same time, provide additional revenue for the Ministry. The Academy is separated by a large iron gate from the villas – separating students from those who may be attending conferences or seeking missionary retreats/respite.
