Empowerment through: Literacy classes, Farming, chicken keeping, Honey production, Briquette, Sales & marketing training, Tailoring classes, Hairdressing and beauty, Health & wellness classes and Evangelism training. Every morning before they go to their respective classes the women have a morning devotion session for one hour and thereafter, a general life enrichment class where they are taught how to deal with stress, anger, grief etc.  Our programs continue to grow as we add more classrooms and more learning opportunities.

Students learn basic sewing terms and skills, as well as advanced sewing skills and designing. Final examination is designing an outfit to be displayed at the annual Ahadi Fashion Show.

Beauty courses and hairdressing training is now being offered as one of our Empowerment classes. This course has been a huge success, with many women on the waiting list. We have partnered with USA salons and beauty experts to help with the curriculum as well as fund the program.

The women are taught Health classes with a focus on prevention and control of common communicable and non-communicable diseases, Nutrition and hygiene, first aid, maternal healthcare, community health insurance etc.

Each morning following the student devotions, the students are required to attend Core Class. Core classes contain such topics such as Life skills, Health education, Safety training, Business and marketing.

Ahadi Empowerment Academy offers 2 different types of scholarships for our students.

1. Rebuilding H.O.P.E Scholarship Program was established with the intention of literally rebuilding or remodeling the homes of the H.O.P.E Participants.
2. Business Launch Scholarship Program was established to help graduating Ahadi Students that have been identified as potential scholarship recipients. Students are required to submit an intensive application along with business plan. This program will help fund the launch of a variety of businesses in and around the Kikopey area.
